Frequently Asked Questions
We know choosing a daycare is one of the biggest decisions a family makes. Below are answers to the questions we're asked most often — if you don't see yours here, just get in touch.
Fees & Child Care Subsidy
-
Our daily fee is $149.00 for ages 6 weeks to 3 years, and $146.50 for ages 3 to 5 years. This includes all meals, nappies, creams and excursions, and there are no hidden extras added to your invoice.

Yes. Most families in Australia are eligible for the Child Care Subsidy, which reduces your out-of-pocket fee based on your family income, activity level, and the type of care. Your subsidy amount is calculated individually, so the best way to get an accurate figure is to use the Services Australia CCS calculator or speak to our team — we're happy to help you understand what your gap fee is likely to look like.
-
All meals and snacks (prepared fresh by our in-house cook), nappies, creams, sunscreen, and excursions are included. You won't need to pack a lunchbox or bring your own nappies.
-
Yes. Public holidays that fall on your usual booked day as well as any unattended days are still charged at the normal rate and count towards absences for the year.
Enrolment & Eligibility
-
We welcome children from 6 weeks old through to school age (around 5 years). Our rooms are grouped by age and stage of development, so your child moves through nursery, toddler and preschool rooms as they grow.
-
The easiest first step is to book a tour so you can see the centre and meet our educators. From there, our team will walk you through the enrolment paperwork and help you set up your Child Care Subsidy through your myGov account.

Availability changes regularly. Get in touch with our team directly for the most current vacancy information for your child's age group.
-
Yes, we offer flexible day patterns where availability allows. Let us know what days you need and we'll do our best to accommodate your family's routine.
Daily Routine & Programs
-
Days include a mix of indoor and outdoor play, meals and rest times, and intentional learning experiences guided by our educators. Our program is play-based and child-led, with plenty of time for nature play, sensory exploration, and social connection with friends.
-
Our program is grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), with our own philosophy layered on top. We draw from nature pedagogy, Vygotsky's social-constructivism, and the Circle of Security approach to building secure, confident children.
-
We use the Kinderloop app to share photos, observations and updates with families in real time, so you can see your child's day as it happens.
-
Yes. While we're proudly grounded in Christian values and run alongside Faith Family Church, we welcome and warmly support families from all backgrounds, faiths and walks of life. Every family is valued here.
Settling In & Tours
-
We tailor settling-in to each child and family, typically a few shorter visits before a full day, so your child can build familiarity and trust with their educators at their own pace. We'll talk through a plan that suits your child specifically when you enrol.
